On Aug. 12, 2023, FeedTheStreets RVA, a 501 (C)(3) non-profit organization that responds to the needs of Richmond's homeless and undernourished population, will host its 5th annual Cookout for a Cause. The purpose of this event is to unify the community through food, music and games while bringing awareness to the poverty that exists in Richmond. Cookout for a Cause is a family event that has activities for everyone to enjoy. Important community resources and organizations will also have vendor tables at the event to information. We are committed to serving more residents of the Richmond community with this event each year.
