Our Mission
Our goal is to help professionals from under supported communities transition into tech & startup careers. We are a national community of software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and much more. If you are looking for a tribe that represent the future of work, come vibe with us.

Cheers to that
In the past year, we have tripled in size, added new enterprise partners like Microsoft and Lyft, and help professionals secure full time employment in tech. We believe in the power of community.

You’re Invited
We are inviting some of our Tribaja community members along with local thought leaders and ecosystem builders in RVA such as Startup Virginia. If you are interested in tech and love startups, come out with us and bring a friend.
