I Am Enough, I Know My Worth Conference

This is a free community event where we will host women and girls ages 13 years and older who may be (or have been) in an abusive relationship, struggling with low self-esteem, negative self-worth, body image issues and those who may struggle with negative self-talk.

What to Expect:

Speakers- We will have a lineup of dynamic and inspiring speakers, ministers, and counselors.

Mentoring- We aim to encourage women to speak up, not suffer in silence, and spare not their abuser. Love should not hurt.

Educational Resources- We will have local community partners and resources available for those in need.

Self Awareness Tools- YOU ARE ENOUGH! We will provide tools to develop self-love, self-confidence, and positive self-esteem. We will also share tools to help mothers and daughters understand their self-worth, embrace their natural beauty, and develop the emotional and spiritual awareness needed for those suffering from domestic violence and abusive relationships.

Interactive Workshops- Our workshops and breakout rooms will cover important topics such as domestic violence, abusive relationships, self-worth, self-image, and so much more.

Luncheon- Enjoy a meal and fellowship together. There is no additional cost for this luncheon.

Music, Photos, Entertainment, and Gifts- We have a fantastic conference planned. Come and enjoy free gifts, and music, take pictures and selfies and even laugh at some skits.
