From their first arrival in 1619, African Americans have contributed to and shaped our nation's culture in countless ways. Their traditions reflect through art, music, food, religion, and most of all, the convictions of hope, determination, and courage. They have left an indelible and enduring mark on American society. Come celebrate and commemorate these traditions with dance, musical performances, an art gallery, crafts and activities for kids, historical portrayals, business and food vendors! Admission is Free!
