YOU are invited to a LIVE CONCERT/RECORDING!!What does this mean?  What is this Event about?Artist, musician, and educator, Victor Haskins will perform a live concert/live recording with his ensemble, Victor Haskins' SKEIN.  This concert will be recorded and the material will be released on a forthcoming album (in Spring 2022) as fulfillment of grant support Victor has received from the 2021-2022 CultureWorks Grant Program.  We are inviting you, human beings with feelings who are curious and interested in beautiful, powerful sounds and vibrations, to come be a part of a special project which is in the process of being created.The SKEIN will perform all original music (composed by Victor Haskins) which is based on Afro-Brazilian rhythms from Candomblé (an African diasporic religion that developed in Brazil) and explore interpersonal subject matters, and life philosophies.  You will also learn some new, unique rhythms, and have the opportunity to participate in a group rhythm-creation experience.  This concert is open to the public and suitable for all ages.  Masks are required to be worn at the Orbital Music Park.  This event is free, however donations will be accepted to further the work of this project.Victor Haskins'
